We are currently seeking a Cashier/ Warranty Clerk to be the face of our dealership and ensure a positive and efficient experience for our customers.

• Greeting customers warmly and professionally
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handling cash, credit, and debit card payments
• Balancing the cash register at the end of each shift
• Maintaining a clean and organized cashier area
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Process and submit warranty claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies
• Verify all necessary documentation, including repair orders, parts, and labor for warranty claims
• Work closely with the service and parts department to ensure warranty guidelines are met
• Maintain knowledge of current warranty policies, guidelines, and procedures

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
• Basic math skills
• Willing to work Sundays, with alternative days off
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with dealership management systems
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Professional appearance and demeanor
