We’re hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative with a Sales Focus to join our Miami-based team! This is an in-person role where you'll represent leading nonprofit partners at local pop‑up events, combining customer engagement with direct sales responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:- Engage with the public at community and retail events
- Promote and represent nonprofit organizations, clearly communicating their mission and services
- Drive interest and encourage sign‑ups or contributions through persuasive, in‑person communication
- Deliver excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Act as a key on‑site representative and assist with event logistics
- Participate in daily team briefings and help foster a positive, energetic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations with the public in face‑to‑face settings
- Friendly, approachable, and confident demeanor
- A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Available to work full‑time in the Miami area
