Call Center Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support across multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and guide them through our products and services.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, following company guidelines.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
• Provide product recommendations and troubleshooting support to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures to deliver accurate information.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think critically under pressure.
• Proficient with computers and common software applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
