Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to assist customers with questions, account needs, and general support. The ideal candidate is professional, patient, and comfortable communicating with customers throughout the day.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

+ Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions and concerns

+ Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels

+ Provide accurate information regarding services, accounts, and company procedures

+ Assist with resolving customer issues and escalate more complex concerns when needed

+ Update customer information and maintain accurate records

+ Document calls, conversations, and follow-up needs in the system

+ Follow up with customers as needed

+ Provide support in both English and Spanish

+ Maintain a professional and positive attitude when handling difficult situations

+ Assist with general administrative and data entry tasks as needed

Requirements

+ Previous customer service, call center, or client support experience preferred

+ Must be fluent in English and Spanish

+ Strong communication and listening skills

+ Comfortable handling a high volume of calls

+ Strong computer and data entry skills

+ Able to learn new systems quickly

+ Professional, reliable, and patient

+ Strong problem-solving skills

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
