As a Guest Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our visitors have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Providing information about our airboat tours, wildlife, and restaurant offerings.
• Assisting with ticket sales and reservations.
• Answering visitor questions and addressing any concerns with professionalism.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

We’re searching for someone who thrives in a dynamic tourism environment and brings the following qualities and skills to the table:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role . 21 years old plus.
