Front Desk CB

1ST CLASS PARKING is a fast-growing valet parking company with over 15 years of experience, providing services to high-end hotels, condominiums, and special events in the Miami tri-county area.

We are seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, experience in the hospitality industry, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome residents and guests upon arrival.
* Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
* Assist residents with requests and promptly resolve any issues.
* Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
* Manage internal software, systems, and computers efficiently.
* Schedule is 40 hoours per week AM and PM shift from 6a-2p or 2p-10p
* Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred. (minimum 6 months)
* Advanced English proficiency is essential, as frequent communication with residents is required.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* A high level of customer service to ensure residents' needs are met professionally and efficiently.
* Availability to work 16 to 40 hours per week.
* A professional and friendly attitude towards residents and visitors.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
