Client Support Specialist

In this role, you will serve as ADP’s front‑line for solving clients’ challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, and training their users on ADP technology. You carry ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

Your #1 goal is to help clients who have between 50 – 999 employees. Every day brings new questions and requires you to identify solutions and deliver customer‑centric outcomes.

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver
  : work independently or with a team to service ADP’s products/technology, resolve time‑sensitive issues, and seek solutions.
• Build Relationships
  : communicate via phone, email, and chat to exceed client expectations, and uphold the highest ethical standards.
• Educate and Provide Recommendations
  : leverage product knowledge to help clients understand value and provide actionable guidance.
• Organize
  : manage a high volume of inbound calls, adhere to daily schedule, and plan for peak‑season increases.

• 3‑5 years of experience in client service/customer service or systems integration.
• Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• Experience noted above OR Military Experience (Veterans welcomed).
• Bilingual (Spanish).
• A college degree is great but not required.
