Position Overview

As our Part‑Time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you will be the key liaison between our patients and our orthodontic team. Your role will involve coordinating treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless patient experience throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment process.
  • Coordinate patient care and schedule appointments in line with the orthodontist’s calendar.
  • Assist with treatment planning, documentation, and maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service and patient care.
Position Details
  • Schedule:

    Part‑time, working 3 days per week between Monday and Thursday.
  • Options include:
    • Mondays and Thursdays: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
    • Tuesdays and Wednesdays: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Note:

    Specific schedule will be determined based on the orthodontist’s availability.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in managing administrative tasks and patient records.
  • Must be bilingual to effectively serve our diverse patient community.
