We are building a dynamic team in the U.S. to strengthen our presence and engage directly with local communities: players, parents, coaches, clubs, and academies.

The Role  We are looking for a
** Growth & Content Manager
** to accelerate Soccer

EDU’s U.S. expansion. This role combines
** content creation, community engagement, and strategic partnerships
** to grow our audience and build strong relationships with soccer stakeholders across the country.

Key responsibilities
* Manage and grow Soccer

EDU’s U.S. social media presence (Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube), tailoring content to resonate with U.S. parents, players, and coaches.
* Create and deliver engaging content (short videos, reels, educational posts, testimonials, success stories).
* Build partnerships with local clubs, academies, and schools to promote Soccer

EDU’s courses.
* Identify and manage U.S.

-based creators, influencers, and ambassadors (youth players, parents, coaches)
* Analyze performance, audience insights, and trends to continuously optimize growth.
* Support on-the-ground activations (soccer events, tournaments, showcases) with content and brand visibility.
* Collaborate with the leadership team to localize marketing campaigns and product positioning for the U.S. market
** What we’re looking for
*** 3–5 years of experience in sports marketing, content creation, or digital growth.
* Strong background in
** social media management
** and hands-on content creation (video editing, graphic design a plus).
* Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable working in a fast-growing startup with both strategic and operational tasks.
* Strong understanding of the U.S. youth sports culture (parents, academies, colleges, clubs)
* Creative eye with proven ability to produce content that engages and converts.
* Solid organizational skills: able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Passion for soccer and education — genuine interest in helping young players and professionals grow.
