We’re on the lookout for a talented luxury residential architect To work at our studio in North Miami Beach, FL REQUIREMENTS Who we’re looking for?
We’re seeking a passionate Junior Architectural Designer to join our team at our North Miami Beach studio and participate in our uniquely collaborative design process and work hand‑in‑hand with colleagues across disciplines on a wide variety of luxury residential design projects. We’d encourage you to send us your resume and portfolio if you:
- are enthusiastic about, and comfortable committing to, our multidisciplinary design process
- are curious, open‑minded and have a strong desire to continue learning about contemporary architectural design practice
- work well in a team environment and can prepare designs which meet our client’s program, quality objectives, and project requirements
- have a keen eye for detail, particularly when reviewing architectural design documents
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture is essential
- Must have between 2-3 years’ professional experience in a high‑end residential architectural design environment
- You will be responsible for the success of multiple projects from schematic design through construction administration, including:
- Drawing production, conceptual design, rendering, modelling, and preparing client presentations
- Working on multiple projects of all sizes and complexities within set deadlines
- Preparing design and construction documentation
- Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents
- Work on research for product and construction methods related to projects
- Review and process construction administration documents
- Meet with clients, suppliers and trades
- Project management skills for high‑end custom single‑family residential projects
- Proficiency in Revit, Sketch Up, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Enthusiastic commitment to our multidisciplinary design process and team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curious and open‑minded to learn and assume increased responsibilities
- Committed to building a long‑term professional career
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- You must currently reside in the Miami area or be willing to relocate
- If you are relocating from outside the United States, you must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States – we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
