Architectural Project Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager position include :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required
• 10+ years of experience managing architectural projects, ideally in luxury high‑rise or similar complex developments
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team
• Proficiency in Revit is a plus; experience with Vantagepoint and Deltek software preferred
• Manage all phases of design and construction administration with minimal oversight
• Serve as main point of contact with clients, maintaining positive and proactive relationships
• Coordinate project schedules, staffing, and QA / QC processes for on‑time, high‑quality delivery
• Occasionally travel for site visits (20%), including overnight as needed

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits :
