Lauren Jayne Design is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to collaborate closely with the Principal and team on high‑end residential and select commercial projects. This role requires a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept through installation.

• Develop presentation materials including space plans, CAD drawings, mood boards, FF&E, finishes, lighting, and color palettes.
• Source, specify, and coordinate furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Principal, team members, vendors, and consultants.
• Direct sourcing and custom design.
• Coordinate project budgets, schedules, and construction administration.
• Ensure design excellence from concept through installation.

• 4+ years of interior design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of high‑end residential design, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow‑through.
