Figma Designer Luxury Real Estate Landing Pages

Position: Figma Designer Needed for Luxury Real Estate Landing Pages (Ongoing Work)

I am a Miami luxury real estate advisor building a multi-market digital presence targeted at UHNW buyers, NYC relocators, and Brazilian investors.

I am looking for a high-end landing page designer (Figma only) to create a polished, modern, luxury aesthetic consistent with premium global real estate brands.

This is design-only. Development will be handled separately.

PROJECT SCOPE (PHASED)

Phase 1 – Main Personal Brand Landing Page (Primary Project)

You will design my flagship landing page in Figma, using:

• A clear visual hierarchy
• High-end, minimalistic luxury styling
• Clean typography + spacing
• Conversion-focused layout
• Desktop + mobile versions

You will receive

• A full strategic positioning blueprint
• Brand messaging and page flow
• Examples of pages I like
• Existing assets (photos, logo, copy, etc.)

Phase 2 – Additional Landing Pages (Separate Milestones)

Once the main page design is completed, I will create additional design milestones:

• NYC Buyers Landing Page
• Brazilian Investors Landing Page (English + Portuguese version)
• International UHNW Buyer Landing Page (optional future milestone)

These additional pages will follow the same design system you establish in Phase 1—making the work faster and easier.

YOU SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH

• Luxury or high-end brand design
• Clean and modern landing page design
• Real estate, architecture, hospitality, or other premium categories
• Figma and responsive layouts
• Conversion-driven UX for service professionals
• Typography, spacing, visual hierarchy

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR

A designer who can create a luxury aesthetic (quiet luxury, minimal, elevated)

Someone who understands international UHNW audiences is a plus

Smooth communication and quick turnaround

Ability to deliver pixel-perfect Figma files for developer handoff

DELIVERABLE FOR PHASE 1 Full Figma file: desktop + mobile Final UI design for the landing page

All components structured for Webflow developer handoff

BUDGET

$600–$800 for the main landing page design (Phase
1)

Additional pages will be priced similarly based on complexity

This is a long-term relationship if the quality is excellent.
