Your work will involve utilising human-centred design principles to understand user needs, conduct research, and create intuitive and engaging experiences. Additionally, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that optimise interactions and deliver seamless experiences across various touchpoints.

As part of the Experience Consulting team, you will lead the creation and implementation of innovative digital experiences that bridge strategy, craft, and technology. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior designers, and cultivate meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of design and technology. • Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of experience designing digital products or services
• A portfolio of your desktop, mobile and tablet design work is required for review
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, for each year of college not completed, demonstrate three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience concurrent with the minimum years of experience required for the role

• Proven ability in leading design projects and work streams
• Proficiency in modern design tools and ecosystems
• Experience with AI‑augmented workflows and methodologies
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
• Experience in building or managing enterprise‑scale design systems
• Understanding of necessary deliverables for brand refreshes
