Senior Landscape Architect

Lead projects from concept through delivery

Collaborate with senior leadership on resourcing and studio growth

Act as primary client contact, building long-term relationships

Mentor and guide teams to keep projects on track

Stay involved across all stages, including construction

Manage workload and ensure effective project resourcing

Balance design quality with smooth day-to-day operations

Resolve design and technical challenges as needed

Promote collaboration across teams and disciplines

Support business development through client engagement and pitches

Background in landscape architecture, architecture, interiors, or similar

Proven experience leading multiple projects and teams

Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills

Passion for leadership, mentoring, and team development

Clear communicator with strong presentation skills

Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced settings

Experience across all project stages, from concept to delivery

Interest in design quality, innovation, and sustainability
