Mid Level UX​/UI Designer

Description

Role Overview

Own the design of features, workflows, and products from concept through delivery. Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and business stakeholders to create user-centered solutions that drive key business outcomes.

Responsibilities

+ Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile products

+ Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes

+ Conduct user research and usability testing

+ Translate business requirements into intuitive experiences

+ Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams

+ Present design recommendations to stakeholders

+ Contribute to design systems and component libraries

+ Ensure accessibility and responsive design standards

Requirements

Requirements

+ 3-5 years of UX/UI or Product Design experience

+ Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products

+ Expertise in Figma and prototyping tools

+

Experience with user research and usability testing

+ Strong visual and interaction design skills

+ Experience working in Agile environments

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have

+ SaaS experience

+ Mobile app design experience

+

Experience with GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Hotjar

+ Accessibility (WCAG) expertise

+ Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS)
