Negotiated call responsibilities - Compensation:
Base compensation plus additional production incentives are available via RVUs.
-Relocation assistance available - Benefits: PTO and Health benefits are available immediately upon employment!-Medical, dental, and vision benefits provided-Employment assistance program:
Assessment, referral and short-term counseling services for employees and immediate family members.
-PTO: 29 days per year; includes 11 Legal Holidays.
-CME: 40hours + $1000 reimbursement

Employer paid life insurance equal to your base annual salary; additional life insurance of up to 5X base salary available for purchase through payroll deduction.
-AD&D insurance-Short & long-term disability
-Pet insurance-Legal, universal life, critical illness, UNUM whole life, voluntary life insurance-Survivor's benefit:
Employed 10 years or less: 2 weeks pay + $2,000 to survivors of employees
20 years or less: 4 weeks pay + $4, years+: 4 weeks pay + $4,000-Retirement programs-Tuition reimbursement: $5,000 for full-time employment per fiscal year
