Description
  • The ideal candidate will be Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiology and Echocardiography and possess proficiency in TTE and TEE, including structural imaging.
  • Additional training in Nuclear Cardiology, Cardiac CTA, and cMRI is a plus.
  • An Advanced Echocardiography Fellowship or Advanced Imaging Fellowship is preferred but not required.
  • Relevant experience includes imaging for Left Atrial Appendage Closure devices, Mitral and Tricuspid Transcatheter Edge to Edge Repair (TEER) and Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR).
  • Responsible for providing continuous vigilance, early intervention and ongoing care to patients with the goal to decrease morbidity and mortality.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Medicine / DO.
  • Osteopathic Physician.
  • Drug Enforcement Administration license.
  • Medical Doctor.
Additional Qualifications
  • Staff privileges at designated BHSF hospital/location;
    Medical or Osteopathic degree recognized by the State of Florida, current Florida medical license, current federal Drug Enforcement Agency license.
  • Board Certified or admissible in the field that they are primarily hired to perform.
  • BLS, ACLS and/or PALS certification may be required as per area of specialty.
