OB/GYN Hospitalist – Miami, FL Opportunity Highlights
- Board Certified with at least 2 yrs experience post residency
- Help launch and shape a brand-new OB/GYN hospitalist program
- Flexible scheduling: 6 to 8 in-house 24-hour shifts per month
- True work-life balance:
No on-call responsibilities between shifts - Responsibilities include labor and delivery management, unassigned OB patient coverage, and emergent GYN care
- Must have current delivery and emergent gyn surgery skills
- Full 24/7 in-house anesthesia and Level III NICU support
- Newly upgraded L&D and postpartum units, including a 25-bed NICU with private rooms and ocean views
- Clinical leadership support and access to a network of OB/GYN hospitalists
- Access to CME, simulation training, and professional development
- Competitive compensation package
- $30,000 sign-on bonus (limited time offer for those starting by March 1, 2026, with minimum 6–8 shifts/month commitment)
