Job Title: Gynecological Surgeon
Location: Miami, FL
Compensation:
- Base salary: $325,000 - $350,000
- Performance-based bonuses (uncapped), with earning potential exceeding $500,000

We are seeking an experienced Gynecological Surgeon specializing in endometriosis treatment to join our team. Our practice offers a modern approach to diagnosing and treating chronic pelvic pain in both women and men, providing a more comfortable, safe, and effective alternative to traditional methods.
Role Overview :- Base Salary: $325,000 - $350,000 plus bonuses based on case volume. For example, handling approximately 17.5 cases per month can yield an additional $150,000 annually.
- Start Date: Immediate.
- Licensure: Active Florida medical license required.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends.
- On-Call Requirement: None.
- Patient Demographics: Primarily treating patients between the ages of 16 and 40.
- Provide specialized surgical care for patients with pelvic pain and endometriosis.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team that includes non-surgical pelvic pain specialists and integrative health coaches focused on endometriosis management.
- Perform non-robotic endometriosis surgeries.
- Engage with the community and help promote the practice through social media presence.
- Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery (MIGS) or similar specialty.
- Active state medical license and DEA certification.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in gynecological surgery.
- Comfort with social media engagement to represent the practice.
- High earning potential through a combination of base salary and bonuses.
