- Board certified or board eligible in urology
- Extremely fast ramp-up – ability to make bonus within six months
- Two physicians currently in group
- Two ARNPs with 30+ years of nursing experience
- General surgery residents assist in surgery
- No patients under 18 years of age
- Clinic conveniently located on hospital campus
- Robotics available (da Vinci surgical systems)
- Group is large enough to handle anything uro-related but small enough to provide autonomy in case selection
