DescriptionBaptist Health Medical Group (BHMG), part of Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF), the largest healthcare organization in the South Florida region with medical practices spanning from Key West to Palm Beach, is seeking to employ a Breast Medical Oncologist to join the Herbert Wertheim Cancer Institute, part of Baptist Health South Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing multidisciplinary breast oncology program dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients with breast cancer within one of the nation's leading integrated healthcare systems.

- Candidates must demonstrate expertise in the diagnosis and management of patients with early-stage and advanced breast cancer.
- Responsibilities include the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients utilizing chemotherapy, endocrine therapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, and participation in clinical trials when appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with Breast Surgical Oncology, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Radiation Oncology, Radiology, Pathology, Genetics, and other oncology specialists to develop individualized treatment plans and optimize patient outcomes.
- Seeking candidates whose focus is on quality, excellent patient-centered care, exhibit professional demeanor, and promote collaboration in a multidisciplinary team environment.
