This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality patient care within a dynamic medical practice environment.

As an Anesthesiologist, you will play a critical role in delivering anesthesia care for various surgical and medical procedures. You will work closely with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing patient outcomes and promoting advanced practices in anesthesiology.

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and manage anesthesia-related care
• Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff to develop anesthesia plans
• Provide preoperative assessments and postoperative management
• Educate patients and their families regarding anesthesia processes
• Participate in continuing education and training to stay updated with anesthesia practices
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Document all anesthesia-related activities comprehensively

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Anesthesiology
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of Florida
• Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Basic understanding of anesthesia equipment and technology

Schedule:

8-hour day shifts

Call shifts required

Case Types:
Peribulbar blocks, sub-Tenon's blocks, and some sedation

Must be able to perform eye blocks

Should be comfortable with pediatric cases

Will teach/mentor trainees

EMR:
Epic

Must be board-certified
