FL Pediatrics client has sites from Miami all the way north to Jacksonville, FL (see list of locations below).
Large physician‑owned pediatric practice seeks compassionate, highly‑motivated, and energetic pediatricians to join the team in South Florida and other locations. Subspecialists are also needed.
We have an urgent need for a General Pediatrician in Ft. Lauderdale for Urgent Care/After Hours. The schedule is a three‑day on, two‑day off alternating shift with hours 1–11pm in a brand‑new office.
We also welcome residents. For a first‑year resident the guaranteed salary is $185,000. For second‑year and beyond the guaranteed salary is $175,000 with a $20,000 annual bonus potential based on RVU productivity and other quality metrics. The residency stipend is $2,500 per month with a three‑year commitment. All doctors may also receive a $10,000 sign‑on bonus with a one‑year commitment. A $30,000 retention loan is available for practicing physicians interested in a leadership role.
