St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic School in South Miami, Florida is looking for a dynamic and qualified full-time
Spanish Teacher for the upcoming 2025-26 school year, to begin on August
4. This teacher will be expected to plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program for Spanish students. This candidate performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the Archdiocese of Miam.
Salary is commensurate with certification and years of service.

• Bachelor's degree in Spanish or subject related field.
• Master’s degree in Spanish preferred.
• FDOE certificate in Spanish K-12, temporary or professional required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Ability to work with a variety of students, parents, and staff as a team member.
• Must have clear and concise communications with students and parents.
• Demonstrated skills needed to use digital books and/or interactive classroom technology.
• Ability to integrate technology into the subjects.
• Proficiency in MS and Google apps.
• Fully committed, supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church.
