Exceptional Education Lead

Are you passionate about serving students with special needs in a Christ-centered environment? Holy Cross Lutheran School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Leader to join our team. This individual will oversee and support our special education program, ensuring that every student is nurtured academically, spiritually, and emotionally to reach their God-given potential.

We are looking to fill this position with either a full-time professional who would like to join our team in a leadership capacity.

• Design accommodation plans for students
• Regularly review student data and conference with families, teachers, students, and administration regarding progress and adjusting accommodations based on the data.
• Lead, coach, and support teachers and aides in best practices for educating students with special needs.
• Collaborate with families, school leaders, and the church community to foster holistic growth and development.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards while seamlessly integrating faith into instruction and learning environments.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Special Education (Master’s preferred) and relevant certifications.
