Snapology is one of the best Children's Enrichment franchises in the country! Snapology’s approach is based on proven research that children’s best learning experiences come from actively creating, designing, interacting, and inventing.

Position

The primary focus of an instructor is to teach Snapology programs, promoting creativity, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills while educating students on STEM concepts. Programs are conducted for children ages 2‑14.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead groups of up to 20 students through curriculum‑guided activities
  • Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment
  • Manage student behavior by establishing and enforcing rules
  • Maintain discipline in accordance with Snapology’s systems
  • Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students to adjust teaching strategies
  • Adequately prepare for each program by reviewing curriculum and training materials
  • Handle inquiries from parents regarding Snapology programs
  • Encourage future enrollment of students in Snapology programs
  • Participate in periodic training and staff meetings as required
Qualifications
  • Current criminal and child clearances
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children in a classroom or camp setting
  • Education degree or teaching experience recommended (teachers or students in education considered)
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Reliable punctuality and regular attendance

  • Summer camps

Part‑time position – depending on availability and season, instructors typically work between 20‑40 hours per week.

Benefits & Requirements

All positions are part‑time, flexible schedule (2‑10 hours per week, with potential additional hours). Training is provided. A positive attitude, flexible work schedule, current clearances, and experience with children are required.
