Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Training Coordinator with expertise in ArcGIS to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and delivering training programs related to ArcGIS software to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop, schedule, and coordinate ArcGIS training sessions for internal teams and external clients.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training materials, manuals, and documentation.
* Manage training logistics including venue arrangements, equipment setup, and participant communication.
* Track and report on training attendance, progress, and effectiveness.
* Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during training sessions.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ArcGIS software updates and industry best practices.
* Assist in the evaluation and improvement of training programs based on feedback and performance metrics. Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Education, or a related field preferred.
* Proven experience with ArcGIS software and GIS concepts.
* Previous experience in training coordination or instructional roles is highly desirable.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training platforms.
