Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

• Partner with Sales to build digital media plans aligned with client goals and budgets.
• Develop proposals, forecasts, and inventory plans across digital channels.
• Price, package, and optimize digital ad products to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with Ad Ops to ensure accurate setup, trafficking, and campaign execution.
• Manage pacing, delivery, and optimization throughout campaign life cycles.
• Pull and analyze performance data; create post-campaign reports and insights.
• Maintain inventory availability, rate cards, and product documentation.
• Support RFP responses and custom client requests.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• CRM system experience (Salesforce) a plus.
• Experience as a Title Clerk, lending, or F&I (Finance & Insurance) environment preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.
