Alpha School is on a mission to reshape education by harnessing AI to accelerate learning. Students complete core academics in just two hours a day, freeing up time for passion-driven learning. We are looking for a dedicated coach to guide K‑2 students at our Miami campus.

$120,000 annual salary with weekly pay. Health benefits start day one, plus HSA/FSA and 401(k) Roth options.

• Facilitate one‑hour life skills workshops for K‑2 students, providing coaching and reinforcing reading instruction delivered by Reading Specialists.
• Inspire students to progress through adaptive learning applications and reach weekly academic targets.
• Teach emotional regulation, resilience, and problem‑solving through consistent routines and supportive engagement.
• Monitor individual student development and requirements, identify concerns proactively, and modify approaches in partnership with your team.
• Build a classroom environment that balances structure, energy, and individual connection.

• Fully available for full‑time, in‑person work at our Miami, FL campus.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3+ years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in education, after school, coaching, or similar environments.
• Compelling storyteller and energetic speaker able to engage and hold the attention of groups of young kids.
• Able to hold high standards for yourself and students, and inspire kids to meet their goals.
• Growth mindset and coachable attitude.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
