Oversees and implements the day-to-day operations of the expansion and development of the program components. Assists in the development of student recruitment efforts.
- Provides supervision and oversight academic mentors.
- When needed works with students to register students for courses.
- Works with the Director to ensure that the Education program is running efficiently
- Assist the Director in the development of procedures.
- Assist in the development of reports.
- Attend conferences and symposium and other events as needed.
- Ensure that all students are registered with DRC and received their academic accommodations.
- Maintains appropriate confidential communication (verbal and written).
- Assist the Director in ensuring that the Education program is in compliance with the university, state and federal policies and regulations and laws.
- Work collaboratively with graduate assistants and faculty.
- Serves as a liaison between student instructors and program.
- When appropriate links students to services within the university or the community.
- Ensures compliance with data collection
- Oversees the data collect tools and storage in Share Point
- Establishes priorities, assigns functions and maintains quality control.
- Recommends and implements procedures and practices to improve efficiency.
- Facilitates and evaluates quality management efforts and develops quality improvement tools.
- Oversees the development, launch and monitoring of micro credentials and certificates.
Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of office or related experience.
Desired Qualifications- Ability to learn and utilize new software.
- Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Bilingual - Spanish/English or Creole/English
