• Engaging students directly each day through one‑on‑one and small‑group mentoring—no classroom lectures, only high‑impact coaching at the peer level
• Leveraging adaptive learning technology and AI‑driven platforms to enable individualized pacing for every student
• Facilitating targeted small‑group sessions on leadership development, life skills, and practical success frameworks
• Guiding students to identify personal strengths and broaden their aspirations via customized development plans
• Participating in the continuous evolution of Alpha’s instructional approach by providing data, feedback, and innovative recommendations

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
• Proven track record of exceptional achievement (examples include top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic‑level athletics, national‑level competitions, etc.)
• 3 years of direct experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
• Ability and willingness to work onsite in Miami, FL;
  San Francisco, CA; or Santa Barbara, CA

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
