Learning Coach

Eardley Education Solutions provides instruction in research-validated programs for reading, comprehension, executive functions, and math. Our team has extensive experience in program instruction and has worked with children of all ages and abilities. We offer dynamic and tailored solutions to address each child's unique learning challenges, ensuring they receive the best possible support.

Full-time or part-time, on-site role for a Learning Coach located in Miami, FL in the Coral Gables/Coconut Grove area. The Learning Coach will be responsible for providing individualized instruction and support to students. This includes implementing Eardley Education's curriculum, communicating with professionals and other educators about student progress, and administering and interpreting progress monitoring data. Strong candidates would be passionate about student success, be creative in finding engaging ways to work with students, and be respectful of students, families, and other staff.

• Proficiency in Literacy and Learning
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or related field
• Experience working with children with diverse learning needs is a plus
