The Adjunct Faculty teaches classes in Theatre.
Courses may be taught in an array of teaching modalities: MDC In-Person, MDC Live (Learning Interactively in a Virtual Environment), MDC Online (online delivery) and Blended Classes.
What you will be doing- Teaches classes in scene, study and acting
- Teaches classes in Voice and Diction for actors
- Teaches classes in Dialects
- Develops curricula
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Master's degree in field from a regionally accredited institution or Master's of Fine Arts degree in Theatre from a regionally accredited institution or a Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution with at least 18 graduate hours in Theatre
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work well with students, faculty, staff and the community
