Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated, responsible, and punctual individual to join our team. We teach Ballroom and Latin styles; however, any dance background is acceptable as we provide training. Experience in any dance form and longevity in one location are desired.
Our compensation plan includes:

This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Teach multiple classes daily on various dance styles, primarily for adult clients
- Manage interpersonal relationships among students and instructors
- Follow up with students and new leads
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Previous teaching and dance experience
- Positive attitude and upbeat personality
