• High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree or working towards Bachelor's (preferred); experience and skill in specific relevant field of study that applies to the classroom.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the needs of diverse constituencies within the school community and the skills and attitude to deliver an exemplary experience equitably to all students.
• Strong understanding of child development and best practices
• Ability to maintain order and positive classroom environment using age‑appropriate classroom management techniques in a classroom
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to constantly monitor the safety and well‑being of students.
