Pre-Kindergarten Elementary Teacher

We are looking for a Pre‑Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for early childhood education, promoting the development of young people to contribute proactively to the ongoing work toward a better world.

• Plan and implement engaging lessons aligned with the school's mission and educational philosophy.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Integrate technology and experiential learning into daily instruction.

• Assess and monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student development and learning.

• Uphold and model the school’s core values and community expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Prior experience teaching in an early childhood setting is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A deep understanding of early childhood development and differentiated instruction.
• Enthusiasm for working with preschoolers and collaborating with colleagues.
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and development.

• 45‑hour Training mandated by FL Department of Children and Families, completed within 12 months of hire date.
• Completion of Birth Through Five Child Care Credential: FCCPC, DOE, CCAC, ECPC or Current National CDA (Child Development Associate) or 12 college credits in Early Childhood Education preferred.
