At Urgent Academy, we’re looking for a passionate, student-centered educator to serve as a Learning Coach-Teacher—someone who thrives at the intersection of education, mentorship, and community impact.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and state teaching certification, preferred
• Previous experience teaching at the K-8 level is preferred
• Understanding of youth development principles and best practices in learner-centered education and project based learning (PBL)
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication and technology skills
