Teach Me.To is a peer‑to‑peer lesson marketplace that connects independent lacrosse coaches in Miami with aspiring players. We are looking for dedicated lacrosse instructors willing to build their independent coaching practice.

As a private lacrosse coach you will set your own schedule and rates, deliver personalized instruction to students, and help them improve their performance.

• Deliver customized lacrosse coaching that meets each student’s unique needs.
• Design lesson plans and training regimens to enhance skills, technique, and confidence.
• Create a positive, supportive learning environment that encourages growth and enjoyment.
• Apply innovative teaching strategies and creative drills to ensure consistent progress and student satisfaction.

• Experience as a lacrosse coach, instructor, or similar teaching role.
• A genuine passion for lacrosse and motivation to inspire students.
• Excellent communication skills to engage, motivate, and teach students of all levels.

• Autonomy and flexibility: set your own schedule and rates.
