• On-site position in Miami, FL

• Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops for K-2 students, coaching them while reinforcing reading skills introduced by Reading Specialists
• Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning apps and meet their weekly academic targets
• Guiding emotional regulation, resilience, and problem-solving through consistent structure paired with warmth
• Monitoring student progress and needs, identifying concerns early, and modifying strategies in partnership with your team
• Building a classroom environment that is structured, playful, and individualized

• Must be available to work full-time and in-person at our Miami, FL campus
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 3+ years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in education, after school, coaching, or similar environments
• Compelling storyteller and energetic speaker: capable of engaging and maintaining the attention of groups of young children
• Able to maintain high standards for yourself and students, and motivate kids to achieve their goals
• Growth mindset and coachable attitude
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Alpha School is on a mission to reshape education with a bold approach that harnesses AI to accelerate learning and unleash student potential. Alpha aims to have students master core academics in just two hours a day, freeing up time for hands-on, passion-driven learning.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
