You will facilitate dynamic life skills workshops, inspire children to exceed their learning targets, and develop the mindset and behavioral habits essential for long-term success.

What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops with K-2 students, providing coaching and reinforcing literacy instruction delivered by Reading Specialists
- Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning applications and reach their weekly academic targets
- Guiding emotional regulation, resilience, and problem-solving through consistent structure combined with warmth
- Monitoring student development and identifying needs, raising concerns early, and modifying approaches in partnership with your team
- Establishing a classroom environment that balances structure, playfulness, and individualized attention
- Must be available to work full-time and on-site at our Miami, FL campus
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3+ years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching, or comparable environments
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills: capable of capturing and maintaining the attention of young children in group settings
- Capacity to maintain high expectations for yourself and students, and motivate children to achieve their objectives
- Growth mindset with a coachable disposition
- Legally authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
