This is an in‑person role based at our Miami campus.

At Alpha, you'll spearhead family enrollment efforts and maintain a safe, well‑functioning school environment. You'll shepherd the admissions process from initial contact through completed documentation, supporting families with personalized, empathetic outreach. You'll also manage daily safety protocols and facility operations, relying on data and records to maintain efficiency, precision, and readiness for review.

You'll join a school reimagining the educational experience—one that condenses the school day to two hours, prioritizes life skills alongside academics, and cultivates students who are inquisitive, self‑assured, and compassionate. • Facilitating customized family engagements that illustrate Alpha's approach and influence enrollment choices
• Overseeing the complete admissions funnel through prompt, deliberate, and strategic outreach
• Reviewing daily safety protocols, identifying compliance gaps, and organizing staff follow‑through
• Managing vendor relationships to maintain proactive facility upkeep
• Leveraging documentation and continuous feedback to improve operational workflows

• Attending prolonged meetings without clear action items or empowered stakeholders
• Delivering a standardized pitch. Each family interaction is personalized, genuine, and intentional
• Micromanaging vendors or pursuing documentation that should have been captured initially
• Waiting for others to surface issues. You'll proactively identify and address them

• Demonstrated experience in school admissions or enrollment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• High emotional intelligence and independent drive
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Available to work in‑person in Miami, FL or willing to relocate
• Legally eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

• Exposure to safety oversight, regulatory compliance, or facilities management
• Deep knowledge of the local K–12 education landscape
• A reputation for being 'the most responsive person in the room'

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
