Alpha is a forward‑thinking school harnessing AI‑driven adaptive technology to accelerate learning for K‑2 students. As a Learning Coach you will facilitate dynamic life‑skills sessions, inspire students, and cultivate the mindset and routines essential for long‑term success. This is the most critical position at Alpha, directly fulfilling its three promises for our students.

• Facilitate one‑hour life‑skills sessions with K‑2 students, guiding them and reinforcing literacy skills introduced by Reading Specialists.
• Inspire students to progress through adaptive learning platforms and meet their weekly academic milestones.
• Guide emotional self‑regulation, perseverance, and critical thinking with steady structure and supportive presence.
• Monitor student development, identify concerns proactively, and refine approaches in partnership with your team.
• Build a classroom environment that balances structure, energy, and individualized attention.

• Availability to work full‑time and on‑campus at our Miami, FL location.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in any discipline.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with children aged 4–8 in educational settings, after‑school programs, coaching contexts, or comparable roles.
• Captivating storyteller and dynamic presenter, capable of engaging and maintaining young children’s focus in group settings.
• Capacity to uphold elevated expectations for yourself and your students, and motivate children to accomplish their objectives.
• Growth‑oriented mindset and receptiveness to feedback.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
