LOCATION
NOTE:
This is an in‑person role located at our Miami campus.
You understand how to establish trust quickly through warmth, precision, and a confident presence. You're a skilled communicator capable of guiding families from initial interest to full commitment. Beyond strong interpersonal skills, you're someone who identifies operational gaps, sources the right vendor, and ensures resolution. If this describes you, this position finally allows you to leverage both skill sets.
At Alpha, you'll drive family enrollment efforts and maintain a safe, functional school environment. You'll own the admissions process from initial contact through final documentation, supporting families with personalized, empathetic communication throughout. You'll also manage daily safety compliance and facility operations, relying on data and documentation to maintain efficiency, precision, and audit readiness.
This position suits someone who excels with autonomy and seeks direct visibility into their impact. You'll join a school reimagining educational delivery—one that condenses the school day to two hours, prioritizes life skills alongside academics, and cultivates students who are curious, confident, and kind. Your responsibility is to expand family access to this model and ensure an excellent experience once they enroll.
Ready to take full ownership from first contact to final outcome?

- Delivering a scripted sales pitch. Each family interaction is customized, genuine, and intentional
- Micromanaging vendors or tracking down paperwork that should have been properly documented initially
- Waiting for others to identify issues. You'll proactively detect and resolve them
