College,

work experience - Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality STEM curriculum aligned with state/national standards.
- Teach integrated STEM concepts through experiments, projects, coding, robotics, engineering challenges, and data analysis.
- Create a student-centered, inquiry-based learning environment that encourages curiosity and collaboration.
- Assess student progress using various methods (projects, quizzes, presentations, portfolios) and provide timely feedback.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including gifted students and those needing extra support.
- Manage classroom resources, materials, and technology (e.g., makerspaces, 3D printers, science kits, software).
- Organize and supervise STEM-related events, clubs, fairs, or competitions (e.g., Science Olympiad, robotics club).
- Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
