Salary: $50,066.61 – $66,144.77 (Base + Referendum + ESOL/Reading/Master's supplements)

Join Our TeamBridge Prep Academy Village Green is seeking a dedicated 9th–10th Grade English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher to deliver rigorous,standards-aligned secondary instruction.
Partner with SMART Management in our mission to provide a student-centered academic experience enriched by technology and Spanish language integration.
Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging secondary ELA lessons focused on literary analysis,structured writing,rhetoric,and state standards mastery.
Culture & Support: Maintain a structured,respectful classroom environment; differentiate instruction for ESE,504,and ELL scholars through required accommodations.
Collaboration & Compliance: Participate in weekly coaching and PD; submit lesson plans and student data on time; maintain regular family communication.
Key QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or higher in English,Secondary Education,Language Arts,or a related field.
Certification: Valid or eligible Florida Teaching Certificate in English (Grades 6–12).
Clearance: Level 2 Florida Care Provider Background Screening required.
Preferred: ESOL/Reading Endorsements;
Master’s degree; prior secondary teaching experience.
