• Deliver effective classroom instruction to students in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring continuity of learning
• Execute lesson plans, instructional activities, and classroom routines as outlined by the assigned teacher
• Maintain a structured, safe, and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning
• Manage student behavior in accordance with school policies and established procedures
• Monitor student well-being and promptly report injuries, illnesses, or significant behavioral concerns to school administration
• Adapt to various classroom settings, grade levels, and subject areas as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by school leadership to support overall school operations

• Passionate about early childhood education; innovative, and positive in the face of challenges
• Bilingual preferred | English Required
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in educational technology is preferred.
• Collaborative practitioner who works well with colleagues
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

• High School Graduate
• Preferred:
  Advanced Education

• Previous teaching experience in early childhood desired

The usual and customary methods of performing the job’s functions require the following physical demands: some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling.
