Contract Position | $48/hour | 12 Months | On-site

Our client is a leading renewable energy company specializing in large-scale solar projects across the United States. We're seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join a dynamic construction team for a major solar energy project. • Manage daily operations for owner-supplied materials including solar modules, batteries, and inverters
• Record and track all deliveries using Unifier reporting system and daily trackers
• Coordinate with drivers, collect Bills of Lading, and ensure accurate documentation
• Monitor delivery schedules and identify potential workflow issues
• Handle damage validation, warranty claims, and recycling coordination
• Maintain safety standards and PPE compliance on-site
• Prepare weekly logistics reports and communicate with multiple stakeholders
• Support quality control and schedule adherence initiatives

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of relevant logistics, construction, or materials management experience
• 2+ years experience with Unifier or similar reporting systems
• Team leadership experience managing groups of up to 5 people
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
