1) to join our site-based field operations across U.S. locations. The role emphasizes safety, practical maintenance on solar equipment, and learning to follow industry best practices under supervision.
Candidates should have a GED or high school diploma, basic knowledge of electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and good communication skills. You may be asked to travel up to 10% and be available for on-call duties.
