Florida Home Inspector - Wind Mitigation & Reports

People's Trust Insurance Company is hiring a Contractor Home Inspector to conduct residential inspections across Florida. Candidates must possess an active Florida Home Inspector License and a valid Wind Mitigation Certificate. Responsibilities include completing inspection reports, identifying safety concerns, and maintaining professionalism with homeowners. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, compensated per inspection with semi-monthly payments. Applicants should have at least three years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are also required.
